Over the past week it's become clear that we are facing a global challenge that is sure to impact each and every one of our lives. At Tipton Ford Inc. we are making the safety and health of our employees and their families, our customers, and our vendor partners our top priority. We are committed to uninterrupted dealership wide service to our community, so you can have confidence that Tipton Ford and Tipton Lincoln will be OPEN FOR BUSINESS throughout this difficult time.

 

Our business model has always been one of service and sacrifice for our customers, community, and employees.  Bottom line:  Tipton Ford Is Built To Serve
 
I want to take a moment to let you know what measures we are taking to ensure business continuity during this trying time. Beyond monitoring the situation and assessing risks, we have taken active precautions to protect the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and community while striving to continue the world class customer service you have come to expect.
 
What we are doing:

  • Ongoing efforts are made to sanitize the dealership.  This includes customer areas, shuttle vehicles, employee workspaces, restrooms, and cashier areas with CDC approved chemicals that are safe.
  • Tipton Ford Inc. is following CDC guidelines in practicing and encouraging “social distancing” with customers and co-workers.
  • We have made hand sanitizers and antibacterial soap available to customers and employees throughout the dealership
  • We are increasing the usage of pick-up and delivery services for service customers.
  • We are making free home delivery available for new and used car purchases.
  • We have increased our internet sales force to handle the increasing number of customers that are choosing to purchase vehicles via the internet.
  • We are monitoring the health of all Tipton Ford Inc. employees on a regular basis.
  • We are closely following Ford Motor Company recommended procedures for sanitizing the interiors of your vehicle.
  • Providing “No Touch Pick-Up and Drop-Off” for customers who prefer to set appointments and pay their bill online.

We understand that this is a difficult time for many of you. Tipton Ford Inc. and our employees are proud to be members of this community and we remain optimistic about our future.
