2021 Ford Bronco Powertrain Overview
The new Ford Bronco starts things off with an old-school aesthetic that still somehow blends with an ultramodern design. It offers a crazy number of customization and optimization features, can get off-road with the best of them, and offers a great engine lineup and performance features. The base engine is a 2.3-liter turbocharged inline-four, while the other option offered is the available turbocharged 2.7-liter V6 that provides even more power.

2021 Bronco Configurations and Off-Roading
The Bronco is available in two-door and four-door models, and the base engine can be had with either automatic or seven-speed manual transmission, which includes a dedicated crawl gear. It takes a page from its closest rivals and offers features like a removable roof and removable doors, plus sealed waterproof controls and floor drains so you can quite literally just hose it out after a day of playing in the mud.

Again, this is an SUV that's built to go off-road, so whether you're tumbling over loose rocks or tearing up beaches and dunes in the sand, it does the job capably. The two-door in particular is supremely maneuverable even on rugged ground. The addition of an available front camera lets you easily pick trails and crest peaks before you'd normally see what's there. Connecting the stabilizer bar is as simple as pushing a button, even when it's under heavy loads.
Interior Design
The interior design also takes a classic/modern fusion approach with a wide, horizontal dashboard featuring easy-reach grab handles that can be removed or replaced. The back seats are elevated so rear passengers also get a great seating and viewing position. Seats use marine-grade vinyl to protect them from getting wet.
