Welcome to the 31st Annual Texas Blueberry Festival! Hosted in the heart of the oldest town in Texas during the second weekend of June, Nacogdoches visitors and residents will get to enjoy sweet treats while celebrating our community.
With activities sprawling across the downtown area, and many local businesses participating in their own way, there will be something new to do around every corner. Make sure to get there early on Friday to enjoy the Blueberry Bluegrass Concert in the Park and get your weekend off to a fantastic start!
As the weekend goes on, you’ll be able to see a car show in Festival Park, devour the Kiwanis Blueberry Pancake Breakfast on Pecan Street, and watch the True Blue Pet Parade near the Visitor Center.
Blueberry lovers can feed their obsession at the Blue Pies Smiling at Me pie-eating contest, and bakers can submit their recipes and plates to compete in the blueberry pie and cupcake contests.
Of course, you’ll have to load up on fresh, Texas-grown blueberries. Find them for sale near City Hall or pick your own blueberries at the Blueberry Farm Pick and Peek.
